Adverse weather conditions affected attendance at the August Regular Meeting limiting the ability to conclude the normal business of the Lodge.
An Emergency meeting is therefore called (Thursday, August 21st) to handle the election of Officers and other vital business. Notification has been sent to all members.
Communication: The Phoenix Lodge rooms will be open and visitors made most welcome on Saturday November 22 when Akaroa will be the destination of the day sight-seeing trip.
